A letter to myself

A letter from me at eight to me at my current age…

My dear me,

I can’t believe you’re 33. You must be married to a wonderful prince and live in a beautiful home full of fun things to do and treasures, and maybe even with some children around.

I’m sure you’re very happy. I’m sure you also have a great job that’s great fun to do, and that you know a lot about a lot of things, You’re smart!

I hope that you never cry and that you always smile. If you’re ever sad, go and play your favourite game or do your favourite thing. You can create some jewellery with beads or try to make a candle. You can also prepare a delicious sponge cake. Mum will help you if you don’t remember the recipe.

I hope your days and weekends are very exciting and that you go out with mum and dad and Vibi to the countryside to climb trees, walk barefoot in the water of the streams and catch tiny little frogs that tickle your hands when you hold them.

I love you very much.

Kisses and hugs,
